Key Qualifications:

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with either CCC or eligibility for CFY
  • Prior experience in a school-based SLP setting preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Commitment to supporting the academic and social-emotional development of K–5 students

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy for students in the K–5th grade range
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 42 students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update IEPs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Provide consultation and resources to teachers and support staff
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere for all students
