Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Experience working with school-aged pediatric populations
- Proficiency with virtual platforms for teletherapy services a plus
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and develop tailored treatment plans for students
- Provide both in-person and remote speech therapy services to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
- Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adhere to school-based compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student education plans
