Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible SLP-CCC certification
• Candidates with CFY status are encouraged to apply
• Experience providing services in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings
• Comfort with both onsite and teletherapy models
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs for elementary-aged students in line with district standards
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Document sessions, outcomes, and maintain accurate student records in accordance with state and district requirements
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff to ensure continuity of services and support
