Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP-CCC certification
- Candidates with CFY status are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing services in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings
- Comfort with both onsite and teletherapy models
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Commitment to delivering individualized support tailored to each student’s needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs for elementary-aged students in line with district standards
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Document sessions, outcomes, and maintain accurate student records in accordance with state and district requirements
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff to ensure continuity of services and support
