Are you passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and thrive in the classroom? We’re seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K–12 students in a district near Rochester for the upcoming school year.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active New York SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations (school-based experience preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Provide families with resources and support strategies
