This position is designed for committed speech-language pathologists who are eager to build experience with a diverse group of students while broadening their clinical skills. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP certification
• At least one year of experience within a school-based setting
• Experience with AAC devices preferred
• Comfort working with students ages 7–21 with intellectual disabilities and autism (IQ below 70)
• Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide part-time SLP services (20–25 hours/week) for the full school year, including a six-week ESY term
• Manage a caseload of students with developmental disabilities and autism (predominantly AAC/non-verbal, some with behavioral needs)
• Deliver individualized and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive support plans
• Maintain thorough, progressive documentation and IEP updates
