Speech and Language Pathologist - Rochester, WA

What you’ll do:

• Complete comprehensive assessments of students referred for speech and language concerns
• Develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each student's needs
• Provide engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions to support speech and language growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and other related service providers to ensure holistic support
• Actively involve families, offering guidance and education as part of the therapy process

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active, state-approved license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged
• Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team approach
