What you’ll do:
- Complete comprehensive assessments of students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each student's needs
- Provide engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions to support speech and language growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and other related service providers to ensure holistic support
- Actively involve families, offering guidance and education as part of the therapy process
What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active, state-approved license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team approach
