Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to starting)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, students, and families
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a flexible caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress towards communication goals
  • Work closely with teachers, school teams, and families to support student success in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocacy for students’ needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records to comply with school and state requirements
