Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold or be eligible for SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Washington
  • Background in pediatric or school-based SLP services preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Experience writing and implementing IEPs and using evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in coordination with educational teams
  • Provide direct therapy to students with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and caregivers to maximize student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation according to school and state guidelines
