Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, Washington

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or SLP-CFY eligibility
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school or healthcare environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to optimize student support
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and services provided
