Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school environment is valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students of varying ages
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement therapy plans based on students’ IEPs
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and family members to coordinate services
- Conduct regular progress evaluations and update documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
