Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP state licensure (or eligibility to obtain in Maryland)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a K-12 educational setting a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, design and implement therapy plans for students with communication disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment
