Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results, progress, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student care planning
