Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal development for student plans
- Provide support and resources to teachers and families related to speech and language development
