Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify communication disorders in students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in goal development for student plans
  • Provide support and resources to teachers and families related to speech and language development
