Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license
- ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience considered a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to support student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student growth
