Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rockvale, CO

Step into a rewarding role serving preschool-aged students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position invites you to make a meaningful impact as you support a caseload of 45-55 young learners. Work Monday through Thursday, approximately 30 hours each week, ensuring you have long weekends for personal time. Qualifications and Credentials:

• Hold a valid CDE license and SLP credentials
• Certification as SLP-CCC is required
• Experience working with pediatric and preschool populations is highly valued
• Familiarity with school-based therapy models
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care

What You'll Do:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy for preschoolers with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with all educational standards
• Offer consultative support to staff and caregivers, empowering them with practical strategies
