Qualifications & Experience:
- Current state SLP license and active ASHA CCC’s (held for at least 1 year)
- At least 1 year of school-based IEP experience
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
- Strong motivation to make a positive difference for students
- Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Technological proficiency, including willingness to learn new software and digital processes
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students onsite
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in accordance with state and district requirements
- Regularly communicate progress with students, families, and staff
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
- Utilize a variety of assessments, protocols, and digital resources to support therapy goals
