Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current state SLP license and active ASHA CCC’s (held for at least 1 year)
  • At least 1 year of school-based IEP experience
  • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
  • Strong motivation to make a positive difference for students
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Technological proficiency, including willingness to learn new software and digital processes

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services to students onsite
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in accordance with state and district requirements
  • Regularly communicate progress with students, families, and staff
  • Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
  • Utilize a variety of assessments, protocols, and digital resources to support therapy goals
