Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Valid CCC-SLP certification, or ability to fulfill Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or training in pediatric and/or school settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and practices a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting mild diagnoses and disorders
- Provide therapy in both in-person and teletherapy formats, as appropriate
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with best practices
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
