Soliant is seeking Virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLPs) for full-time remote openings. These positions offer the opportunity to support a wide range of student populations while working remotely within the EST time zone.
Position Overview:
Assignment dates: August 25, 2026 – June 11, 2027
Full-time openings available
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Full-time applicants only (no part-time availability)
Fully virtual assignment
Candidates must reside/work within the EST time zone
Caseloads vary depending on assignment and candidate experience
School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Caseload Information:
Elementary caseloads: Up to approximately 40 students
Middle school caseloads: Approximately 48 students, potentially reaching 57 at peak periods
Caseloads begin lighter at the start of the school year
Supervisors will discuss candidate comfort level, experience, and preferred assignments during placement
Responsibilities:
Provide direct virtual speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and participate in virtual IEP meetings
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families remotely
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district/state requirements
Qualifications:
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Must be comfortable providing teletherapy services
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Prior school-based and/or virtual experience preferred
Important Credentialing Information:
Images of active licensure required for submission
House Bill background check required
Prescreen interviews may be conducted to determine candidate suitability
Work Hours:
35 hours per week
Standard school-day schedule aligned to EST hours
Compensation:
$45–50/hour DOE (average ~$49/hour, depending on years of experience)
