Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• ASHA certification strongly preferred
• Experience working in school settings, particularly across elementary, middle, or high school populations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable providing direct 1:1 services to students
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 speech and language therapy for students with various needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals and student assessments
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to integrate targeted interventions in the classroom
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Offer support and recommendations to families to promote carryover of skills at home
• Adapt therapy approaches to address the unique needs of each age group and school level
