Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
  • Experience in school settings with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Skilled in providing both group and 1:1 therapy sessions
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
  • Deliver therapy to students, including one-on-one and small group interventions across various age groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and meet compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
