Qualifications:
- Current and active SLP certification and state licensure
- Experience delivering therapy in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to document progress
- Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to student needs and school requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to coordinate support and monitor progress
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Advocate for students’ needs and foster a supportive, inclusive environment
