Qualifications:

  • Current and active SLP certification and state licensure
  • Experience delivering therapy in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to document progress
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to student needs and school requirements
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to coordinate support and monitor progress
  • Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Advocate for students’ needs and foster a supportive, inclusive environment
