Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Previous experience working with students across K–12 settings (grades K–5, 6–8, 9–12)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff
  • Comfortable delivering both group and individual therapy sessions
  • Experience with IEP development, implementation, and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high school
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs
  • Offer direct and consultative SLP services in classroom and pull-out settings
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with school and professional standards
  • Engage and support families in their child’s progress and strategies for success
