Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience or interest in working with students in Grades K-12
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor interventions for a wide range of needs and ages
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services both individually and in small groups
