We are seeking two enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), CCC or CFY, ready to make a meaningful impact while working full time on a contract basis. What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for the state of North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • School-based SLP experience preferred, but open to candidates eager to transition into education
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with students across diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student success
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Offer support and guidance to students, helping them increase confidence and communication skills in the classroom setting
