What you bring:
- Active or eligible SLP-CCC or CFY licensure
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and data-driven therapy documentation
- Ability to deliver engaging speech and language therapy both in-person and virtually
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage caseloads
- Commitment to fostering student success and advocating for their needs
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing evidence-based therapy for students with a variety of communication challenges
- Developing and monitoring IEP goals in alignment with each student's needs
- Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families for holistic student support
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Engaging in virtual therapy sessions as needed to extend support and access
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
