What you bring:

  • Active or eligible SLP-CCC or CFY licensure
  • Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes and data-driven therapy documentation
  • Ability to deliver engaging speech and language therapy both in-person and virtually
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage caseloads
  • Commitment to fostering student success and advocating for their needs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing evidence-based therapy for students with a variety of communication challenges
  • Developing and monitoring IEP goals in alignment with each student's needs
  • Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families for holistic student support
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of therapy sessions and student progress
  • Engaging in virtual therapy sessions as needed to extend support and access
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
