A contract position is available for a licensed SLP-CCC with experience in pediatrics and school-based settings. This full-time role focuses on providing essential speech and language services to students, ensuring they have the support necessary to thrive socially and academically.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
  • Proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of speech and language disorders

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students with communication challenges including articulation, fluency, and voice
  • Perform screenings, assessments, and prepare thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in partnership with educators and parents
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing to goal-setting and progress monitoring
  • Serve as a resource and collaborator with teachers, special education teams, and administrators to foster an inclusive educational environment
  • Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring each student receives timely therapy sessions
