Speech Language Pathologist in Rogers, AR

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in K-12 educational settings highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment data and student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student outcomes
• Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and required reports
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in speech and language development
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and licensure requirements
