Key Qualifications:

  • Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience in school-based settings or pediatric caseload management
  • Proficient with teletherapy platforms and comfortable integrating technology into therapy delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to varied student needs and work constructively with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both onsite and, when needed, via teletherapy
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Monitor progress, document services, and participate in IEP and student support meetings
  • Offer guidance and resources for families and educators to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with school, district, and relevant professional standards
