Key Qualifications:
- Hold a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience in school-based settings or pediatric caseload management
- Proficient with teletherapy platforms and comfortable integrating technology into therapy delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to varied student needs and work constructively with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students both onsite and, when needed, via teletherapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
- Monitor progress, document services, and participate in IEP and student support meetings
- Offer guidance and resources for families and educators to support student success
- Maintain compliance with school, district, and relevant professional standards
