Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences/Disorders
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist; eligibility for CCC or CFY supervision
• Experience providing therapy in school settings (pediatric focus preferred)
• Skills or training in teletherapy platforms and digital tools for remote service delivery
• Knowledge of IEP process and ability to document progress thoroughly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and family communications
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates
