Speech Language Pathologist in Rohnert Park, CA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as required for speech-language pathologists in California
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide services to a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents to ensure comprehensive student support
• Help manage and alleviate the existing SLP caseload
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in line with school and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a supportive, student-centered learning atmosphere
