Two full-time positions are available—one serving a vibrant middle school population, and another supporting students across two elementary campuses. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, particularly at the elementary or middle school level, is desirable
  • Skills in conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders in students, providing therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for speech, language, communication, and social skills
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive therapy environment
  • Maintain accurate records, participate in IEP meetings, and document student progress in compliance with regulations
  • Travel between sites as needed (elementary caseload position only)
