This full-time contract assignment is perfect for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a meaningful in-person opportunity. You'll work 32.5 hours per week with a dedicated team of educators committed to fostering student growth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain.
- Previous experience in school-based settings is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialized staff to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support teams and families.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions in-person, adapting approaches to meet diverse student needs.
