Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and related documentation
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team member
  • Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups
  • Supervise SLPAs, ensuring quality and compliance with state guidelines
  • Develop, write, and implement detailed IEPs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
