Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Experience with children or school-aged populations encouraged
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Competence in evaluation, IEP development, and therapy planning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s educational journey
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contribute professional insights, and document progress
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant district, state, and federal guidelines
