What you’ll bring:

  • Valid SLP licensure and credentials for the state
  • Experience or strong interest in servicing elementary (Pre K – 5th/6th Grade) and/or middle school students (6th – 8th Grade)
  • Proficiency with documentation and case management, preferably within the Paddynet platform
  • Effective communication skills for engaging parents, teachers, staff, and administration via phone, email, and school platforms
  • Organizational skills for coordinating schedules with Google Calendar, managing IEP meetings and parent conferences
  • Thorough understanding of evaluation processes, eligibility determination, IEP development, and data reviews

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy, either at one school or by traveling to multiple schools for compensatory service delivery (specific positions available)
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 45–55 students
  • Deliver services to a diverse student body—from Pre K through 12th grade across some positions
  • Complete and maintain all required documentation, including evaluations and IEPs, using Paddynet
  • Foster positive, consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Participate in summer services between June 1st and June 30th if supporting compensatory services
  • Contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team
