This contract role features flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options to fit your needs, and places you in direct partnership with students across PreK-12th grade, including those with severe needs, functional communication challenges, and users of AAC devices. The scope of the role includes work within a residential facility, providing services after school from 2:30 to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, adjusting strategies to individual needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and monitor progress toward IEP goals
  • Collaborate with school teams, families, and other specialists for holistic student support

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA CCCs is preferred, but Clinical Fellows are enthusiastically encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
  • Comfortable and/or experienced with severe needs populations and AAC devices
