Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2024–2025 school year. This in-person position focuses on delivering high-quality therapy services to a diverse pediatric population, including students with Autism. The assignment will be based at a campus near Lancaster, CA, with collaborative support provided by a dedicated team.

Responsibilities will include completing assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering both group and individual therapy sessions to help students reach their communication goals. You'll play a vital role in fostering positive outcomes and supporting students’ academic and social development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
- Skills in teletherapy helpful, but this contract is in-person only
- Familiarity or experience working with students diagnosed with Autism is essential
- Flexibility to adapt to student and campus needs
- Team mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language evaluations and monitor student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document services and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in meetings and contribute expertise on student communication needs
