A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Rosamond, CA, serving the K-12 school population on a contract basis. This role begins ASAP and offers a dynamic environment to apply specialized skills in pediatric speech-language services within an educational setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Familiarity with healthcare and pediatric speech-language pathology practices
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills for diverse student needs

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned with student goals
  • Provide therapy services to address speech, language, voice, fluency, and other communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
