This full-time, onsite contract opportunity is situated in a TK-12 environment, working across both an elementary and a high school early college campus. Spanning grades TK-5 and 9-12, you’ll work with a dynamic mix of learners—ranging from general education to students with moderate to severe needs—serving a community of around 3,650 students.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) dedicated to school-based practice, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering students’ communication skills, collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring every child’s voice is heard. The district is looking for candidates who are eager to commit to onsite service and who bring both compassion and expertise.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required
  • Prior experience in school settings required; travel experience a plus
  • Strong background working with students across varying disabilities, including moderate to severe
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
  • Availability for onsite work throughout the academic year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a caseload of up to 60 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and document students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and IEPs
  • Foster communication between staff, families, and students
  • Contribute to a positive, student-centered campus climate
  • Provide expert guidance during IEP meetings and collaborate with the broader educational team
