Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY)
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to serve students with a range of needs, including mild, moderate, and extensive support requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for full-time in-person, hybrid, or virtual assignments
- Team-oriented attitude; open to collaborating as part of an SLP/SLPA team (with SLPA in-person)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students across two elementary campuses
- Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students with varied needs
- Complete required documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
