Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individual or small-group speech-language therapy
  • Develop, update, and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
  • Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
  • Provide consultative services and resources to support inclusive classroom environments
  • Participate in meetings, ongoing training, and schoolwide initiatives
