Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong understanding of IEP development and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individual or small-group speech-language therapy
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Provide consultative services and resources to support inclusive classroom environments
- Participate in meetings, ongoing training, and schoolwide initiatives
