Licensed Elementary School Speech Language Pathologist - Rosamond, California

Requirements:

• Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certification as an SLP
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and speech/language intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a range of student needs and learning levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services across K-12 school populations
• Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication differences
• Track student progress, engage in data-driven decision-making, and maintain required records and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Serve as a communication resource and advocate for students’ needs within the school community
