Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Rosamond, CA

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time onsite elementary school position in Rosamond, California for the upcoming school year. The district is actively seeking candidates who are comfortable managing a full range of school-based speech services in a supportive elementary setting.

Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• Schedule: Full Time (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
• Hourly Pay: $45–$59/hour depending on experience
• Setting: Onsite only
• Caseload: Elementary (TK–5th grade)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services
• Conduct evaluations and complete assessments
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver a full range of speech services across caseload needs
• Collaborate with school staff and related service providers

Special Notes:

• CTC credential not required but strongly preferred
• Candidate must be comfortable managing full-service SLP responsibilities
