School Speech Language Pathologist

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Rosamond, California to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Position Details - 
• Full-time, contract position
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• School year: August 2026 – June 2027
• TK - High school students on caseload

What You’ll Do - 
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized therapy and intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Provide therapy services focused on articulation, language development, social communication, and related areas
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
