On assignment in a TK-12 district serving approximately 3,650 students, you’ll gain valuable exposure to a wide variety of practices, broaden your clinical competencies, and build lasting connections across multiple sites. Collaborate with a diverse administrative and teaching staff, and amplify your resume with hands-on experience spanning general education to moderate/severe needs. Contribute directly to student success while discovering new approaches to care and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Active state licensure as SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience within school settings, especially TK-12, preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in grades TK–5 and grades 9–12
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Work onsite only across elementary and high school sites
  • Serve a caseload ranging from general education to moderate/severe needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
