Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates will be considered
  • Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other professionals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
  • Track student progress and maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and outcomes
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families to support student growth
  • Participate in meetings and contribute professional expertise as needed
