Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Must hold or be eligible for state SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
- Open to Clinical Fellows—supervision and mentorship will be provided
- Previous experience in a school setting or with elementary students is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain appropriate documentation
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for students of varying abilities
