School Speech Language Pathologist - Roseburg, Oregon

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Must hold or be eligible for state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• Open to Clinical Fellows—supervision and mentorship will be provided
• Previous experience in a school setting or with elementary students is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain appropriate documentation
• Conduct assessments and re-evaluations as needed
• Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for students of varying abilities
