Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with early childhood or elementary caseloads
  • Strong knowledge of childhood speech and language development
  • Ability to collaborate well with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for young children

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy primarily through in-class (push-in) services, integrating with classroom learning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students in PreK and Kindergarten
  • Monitor student progress, maintain timely and thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative support for teachers and families to generalize communication goals
  • Adapt therapy materials and strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of early learners
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development relevant to early childhood education
