Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license for Minnesota
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience delivering services in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success through collaborative planning
