Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license and certification (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Adaptability to work with a diverse student population
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams on student progress and strategies
- Supervise and guide SLPAs supporting your caseload
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation per school policies
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all learners
