Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferred certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Lead therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals
  • Accurately monitor, track, and document student progress
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, allied professionals, and administrators to ensure coordinated care
  • Actively involve and educate families about the therapy process and strategies for ongoing support
