Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s strengths and challenges
  • Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication goals
  • Track and document progress meticulously, ensuring accurate records and effective interventions
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and specialists to foster whole-child development
  • Involve and educate families to support therapy carryover and maximize student success

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred, or in-process CFY applicants welcome
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and as a dynamic team member
