Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential speech-language services to K-12 students (ages 5–22) at a welcoming school setting near Roseville, CA. We seek an experienced SLP, licensed and holding the CCC credential, to begin in-person as soon as possible and join an established team supporting approximately 45 students. This position offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule from 7am–3pm and is ongoing, with a 30-day notice required for ending the contract.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current licensure to practice as an SLP and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
- Comfortable serving K–12 students across a range of needs and communication goals
- Ability to collaborate positively with educators, families, and support staff
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse group of students with communication needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based IEPs and therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Maintain accurate, timely records, including progress notes and compliance documentation
- Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, the current SLPA, and caregivers to ensure students’ needs are comprehensively addressed
- Adapt interventions to a school environment and participate in IEP meetings
