What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
- Prior experience working with diverse student populations preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability to support both in-person and some virtual students as needed
In This Role, You Will:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for a range of speech and language disorders in school-age children
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on individualized education plans
- Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage creatively to encourage students’ communication skills
- Adapt delivery methods to fit both in-person and some virtual needs
