Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid (or eligibility for) state SLP licensure/certification
- Experience or comfort working with students in K-12 settings
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and share findings with educational teams
- Engage in ongoing documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
