What we’re looking for:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid CA SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in school settings preferred (K-12)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to various caseloads

Core responsibilities:
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student goals
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and professional development
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, making data-informed recommendations
