Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid (or eligibility for) state SLP licensure/certification
  • Experience or comfort working with students in K-12 settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
  • Conduct assessments and share findings with educational teams
  • Engage in ongoing documentation of services and student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
