Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP in California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to best practices in school-based speech therapy
