Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible California SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs also considered
- Previous school-based experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy tailored to each student’s IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational journeys
- Maintain detailed records of progress and communicate with stakeholders regularly
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
