Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or eligible California SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs also considered
• Previous school-based experience highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational journeys
• Maintain detailed records of progress and communicate with stakeholders regularly
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
